Job Summary

We’re hiring an experienced Transmission Technician to diagnose, repair, and rebuild transmissions on Ford cars and trucks. If you have a strong work ethic, mechanical expertise, and a passion for fixing driveline issues right the first time, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• 
  

  Diagnose and repair transmission issues on Ford vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Rebuild and replace automatic and manual transmission systems

  
  


• 
  

  Perform torque converter, clutch, and driveline repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Use Ford factory diagnostic tools (IDS/FDRS)

  
  


• 
  

  Document all work performed and communicate with service advisors

  
  


• 
  

  Follow safety standards and manufacturer procedures

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2+ years of transmission experience

  
  


• 
  

  Ford or OEM experience preferred

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or equivalent

  
  


• 
  

  Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills

  
  


• 
  

  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

  
  


• 
  

  ASE or Ford certifications are a plus
