Key Responsibilities:

• 
  

  Perform transmission repairs and routine maintenance on Ford and Lincoln vehicles

  
  


• 
  

  Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues accurately

  
  


• 
  

  Follow detailed repair procedures and safety protocols

  
  


• 
  

  Test-drive vehicles to verify repairs

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain a clean and organized work area

  
  


• 
  

  Tag and return all warranty parts as required

  
  


• 
  

  Stay current with Ford factory bulletins and attend training

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain positive relationships with customers and team members

  
  


• 
  

  Accurately document all work performed on repair orders

  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  

  Ford or Lincoln Transmission Certification (required)

  
  


• 
  

  Minimum 1 year of dealership service technician experience

  
  


• 
  

  High school diploma or GED required

  
  


• 
  

  ASE certification preferred

  
  


• 
  

  CDL certification a plus

  
  


• 
  

  Strong work ethic and attention to detail

  
  


• 
  

  Must supply your own tools

  
  


• 
  

  Excellent communication and teamwork skills
