Billing Team Lead

you will help ensure organ transplant recipients’ claims are processed and paid accurately and timely. Every day you will code and bill for transplant procedures ensuring compliance with payer-specific guidelines, investigate and resolve denied or underpaid claims, and maintain detailed records of follow-up actions. To thrive in this role, you must have a working knowledge of Global Transplant Billing processes and be able to communicate effectively with patients and their families as well as providers and payers.
Here’s what you will experience working as a (position title):
Manage transplant claims from start to finish: billing to follow-ups to paid
Pull reports to monitor claim status; perform audits of patient claims
Help to create process improvements and train on changes in policies and procedures
Required Skills:
Due to the complexity of organ transplant claims, previous experience with Global Transplant Billing and working knowledge of the claims process is

required
Excel proficiency and analytical skills including the ability to pull reports and interpret data to reveal trends, find opportunities for improvement, and make informed decisions
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $17.52 - $28.68 per hour . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
