We pride ourselves on delivering safe, timely, and efficient transportation for our patients, ensuring continuity of care and peace of mind for families.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Transport Manager to oversee and optimize all aspects of our Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) services. The Transport Manager will be responsible for ensuring patient safety, maintaining regulatory compliance, supervising drivers, and continuously improving transport operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise, schedule, and evaluate NEMT drivers.

  • Ensure on-time pickup and drop-off for all patient transport.

  • Monitor and enforce driver safety protocols and vehicle maintenance.

  • Maintain full compliance with Medicaid and DOT transport guidelines.

  • Handle and resolve parent or caregiver transport-related complaints.

  • Track and report on transport KPIs and operational metrics.

  • Oversee background checks, certifications, and renewals for all drivers.

  • Collaborate with nursing and administrative staff to coordinate patient schedules.



Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED (Associate’s or Bachelor’s preferred).

  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in transportation management, preferably in healthcare.

  • Knowledge of Medicaid transportation regulations and DOT compliance.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Proficiency in scheduling software and basic Microsoft Office tools.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
