We are looking for full-time Transport Support Worker to add to our team! All you need is a High School diploma or equivalent required, a valid driver's license AND two years’ experience in a child and family services field. We will teach you the rest!  

A Day in The Life as a Transport Support Worker 

As a Transport Support Worker, you will provide support to Permanency Case Managers working with children and families currently experiencing Foster Care. Transport Support Workers facilitate transportation and visitation for families, ensure documentation is completed and offer support and services to children, families and placements as needed. Transport Support Workers will learn and be able to model with children and family's emotion regulation, having healthy relationships, conflict resolution, and healthy communication within families, among other things. Support Workers work as part of a team to access resources, plan, and advocate to improve the quality of people’s lives.
