Transportation Aide/CNA

Our facility is looking for a caring and compassionate Transportation person who enjoys coming to work and is inspired to treat our residents like family. Our skilled nursing facilities are more than a nursing home, we are HOME! We like to have fun and create a rewarding atmosphere, filled with energetic and positive staff. We will make you feel appreciated and enjoy watching you pass that appreciation on to our residents.  

The overall purpose of the Transportation position is to coordinate patient transportation. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.  
• Working with the elderly and rehabilitation patients, primarily pickup and delivery to physicians’ offices and hospitals and dialysis, locally.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRMENTS 

• High School diploma or equivalent required. 
• Current and valid Driver’s License.
• Valid CNA certification for State of Illinois
