Summary:

 The primary responsibility of the Assistant transportation with management of the Resort’s transportation department and provide friendly, safe and courteous shuttle services to all owners and guests.

Essential Functions:

• Effectively handle and fulfill guest shuttle requests.
• Promote positive inter-departmental relationships.
• Performs all driver duties as needed.
• Is responsible for the proper maintenance and repair of shuttle vehicles, and that the vehicles are always clean and in good operating condition.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, mileage logs, passenger logs, and proper licensing for all drivers.
• Assist in creating and maintaining proper scheduling of drivers.
• Assist to recruit, interview, hire and train new employees.
• Conduct coaching, counseling, and training of safety procedures.
• Appropriately document accidents and incidents and other company forms as needed.
• Assist in ensuring all invoices generated for the transportation operation are processed timely for payment.
• Ensures compliance of all applicable laws.
• Performs all other job requests as assigned.

Requirements

• Must possess excellent customer service skills.
• Must have effective oral and written communication skills in English.
• Must have basic math skills and aptitude.
• Must have a professional appearance and attitude.
• Must have basic knowledge of computers (word, excel).
• Must have a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in related field.
• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must have a Nevada – Class “C” CDL license 
• Must have a passenger endorsement.
• Must have general knowledge of Las Vegas roadways.
• Must be able to pass a 5 panel drug test and extensive background check.
