Job Description - Transportation Associate

Title: Transportation Associate
Job Type: Full time
Location: Durham, NC 27703
Summary: The Transportation Associate is responsible for transporting material between job locations and delivering product to local customers.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Execute deliveries to local customers
Drop off product at delivery sites in designated areas
Collect necessary paperwork from delivery customers
Process customer paperwork
Pulling product for customer orders
Coordinating order completion between CCG facilities
Transferring product between CCG facilities as needed
Other duties as required

Desired Education:
High school diploma or educational equivalent and 1 year of related experience or educational equivalence; or equivalent combination of education, training and experience
Desired Skills & Experience:

Basic computer knowledge with good data entry skills
Good communication skills
Ability to safely operate other warehouse equipment
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients
Ability to drive trucks long distances (up to 2-3 hours from CCG site)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Physical Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
Extensive use of keyboard requiring repetitive motion of fingers

Regular sitting or standing for extended periods of time
