Transportation Associate - Rewarding Work

Coordinate the activities of Tricont Trucking safety. Role model and demonstrate the Company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion and safety of self and others. The Transportation Associate also plays a vital role in ensuring the company’s continued success by ensuring they are dependable, focused on safety and to be flexible and cooperative.

Accountabilities:

• Tricont Trucking Safety is scanning complete DQ files into Ten Street for qualification documentation purposes.
• Match Hard DQ files to information in Ten Street.
• Sort and develop digital files from scans that are to be uploaded into individual documentation compartments within Ten Street. Full Time, Temp and Terminated files for Verification of Employment.
• Implementing a new TMS which will require more focused time on Driver information and required documentation, before, during and after implementation is complete.
• Assist in Driver Qualification Reviews, locating and uploading missing or expired documentation for Audit Review.
• Sending out and auditing Unidentified Drivers, Missing DVIRs, and Training updates weekly.
• Liaison to Regional Managers and Lead drivers acquiring safety compliance reporting documentation.
• Maintaining Supply Room, shipping out and inventory of supplies.
• Supports transportation team with various other administrative duties as needed.
• Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills Required:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be detail-oriented and organized.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Knowledge of Microsoft Office Skills (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, etc.).

Preferred:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field from an accredited institution, and/or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced proficiency in analytics software, SAP and Microsoft Power BI, Excel & Access.
• 1 year of similar work experience.
• Understanding of geography and logistics.
• Bilingual in Spanish would also be a plus.
