Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist Job Summary

We have an opening for a detail-oriented and personable Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist at Paradise Creek of Olympus Retirement Living. This position provides essential services to our residents, such as transportation to medical appointments and grocery stores for our residents in both Assisted and Independent Living. The Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist will also help maintain a clean and welcoming building, answer phones and attend the front desk. They will also provide general assistance to our residents. This position is open for full-time, working Mondays through Friday during regular business hours!

The Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist will play a key role in maintaining regulatory standards set forth by IDAPA 16.03.22.

Transportation Coordinator/Receptionist Requirements and Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED certificate
• 1+ years working with the elderly (Required)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Must possess a current Driver's License
• Must pass a background check

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
