Position: Dispatchers, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance
Type: Independent Contractor
Compensation: $60–$100/hour
Location: US, UK, or Canada
Duration: 3–4 weeks
Commitment: 15+ hours/week

Role Responsibilities

• Design questions related to your occupation as a Dispatcher for a leading AI company.
• Collaborate asynchronously and independently to meet project deadlines.
• Ensure the quality and relevance of the designed questions to enhance AI model training.
• Utilize your professional experience to contribute to the research project effectively.

Qualifications

Must-Have

• 4+ years full-time work experience as a Dispatcher, Except Police, Fire, and Ambulance.
• Be based in the US, UK, or Canada.
• Access to a desktop or laptop computer (no chromebooks).

Compensation & Legal

• We can meet industry-standard compensation expectations for your current role.
• Paid weekly via Stripe Connect.
• Classified as an “at-will” contractor to Mercor.
• Cannot currently support H1-B or STEM OPT status candidates.
