At Parc Center for Disabilities, we believe in creating opportunities for individuals with developmental disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and joy. We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Part-Time Shuttle Driver to join our Transportation team and help make that mission possible.

What You’ll Do:

• Safely transport individuals to and from our programs and facilities
• Assist passengers in embarking/disembarking as needed
• Monitor passenger behavior and report concerns in accordance with behavior plans
• Keep vehicles clean and presentable
• Communicate with dispatch regarding incidents or passenger changes
• Maintain accurate trip documentation
• Project professionalism and uphold our core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Empathy

• $16.00 per hour
• Monday through Friday! Split shift. 7:00AM - 9:00AM and 2:30PM to 4:30PM.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid Florida Driver’s License and clean driving record
• At least 21 years old and able to pass a DOT physical
• Experience in transportation or care-related fields is preferred
• Strong time management, reliability, and customer service skills
• Comfortable working a split shift schedule
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist individuals with varying mobility levels

 Compliance Requirements

• Drug-Free Workplace
• Level II background screening required
• Florida Care Provider Background Screening Clearinghouse participation required
