Transportation Engineer - Lead

• Lead Design Team
  


• Manage projects from start to finish
  


• Prepare project proposals
  


• Provide/manage quality control on design deliverables
  


• Develop/mentor junior staff to advance their skill sets
  


• Serve as client contact, communicating on a regular basis, and meeting with them as needed
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering
  


• 8+ years of experience
  


• PE registration
  


• Project management experience
  


• Preferred INDOT certified Pavement Designer
  


• Preferred INDOT certified Utility Coordinator
