Your Role as a Transportation Engineering Project Manager:

As a Transportation Engineering Project Manager, you will:

• Manage all aspects of transportation projects, including scope, budgeting, staffing, and production.
• Lead and mentor project teams while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Guide clients in securing funding and navigating agency policies for transportation projects.
• Prepare and oversee project proposals, contract negotiations, and client communications.
• Identify future opportunities and develop strategies to pursue those opportunities.
• Design and develop transportation solutions using cutting-edge design standards.
• Conduct research and produce reports, feasibility studies, and technical documentation.

Requirements

 What You Need to Succeed:We’re searching for a driven, detail-oriented, and collaborative leader with:

• A Bachelor's degree or higher in Civil Engineering or a related field from an ABET-accredited      program.
• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure in IN, KY, or OH.
• 5+ years of transportation infrastructure design experience.
• 3+ years of project management experience, including leading project teams.
• Expertise in public sector design projects (e.g., INDOT, ODOT, county, and municipal projects).
