Transportation Manager

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Salary: $56,000-$60,000 annually

What You'll Own

As a Transportation Manager, you'll serve as the primary leader and advocate for a fleet of professional drivers, ensuring they have the support they need to safely and successfully deliver freight across the country.

In this role, you will:

✅ Lead, coach, and develop a fleet of 10+ drivers

✅ Build strong relationships through daily communication and support

✅ Help drivers achieve safety, service, and performance goals

✅ Manage equipment utilization to maximize productivity and profitability

✅ Ensure driver home-time commitments are met

✅ Identify opportunities to improve fleet performance and operational efficiencies

✅ Monitor safety metrics and help create a culture where safety comes first

✅ Make real-time decisions that keep freight moving and customers satisfied

• 2+ years of experience in Operations, Planning, Logistics, Transportation, or Customer Account Management

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Experience balancing competing priorities while maintaining attention to detail
