Responsibilities

• Work with established clients and develop project criteria, schedules, and budgets
• Lead the multidisciplinary team of engineers and technicians
• Manage projects from preliminary studies and engineering through final design and construction documents for bidding
• Maintain existing client relationships and assist in developing new clients and opportunities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
• Professional Engineering (PE) License
• At least 8 years of practical highway engineering design experience, including MDOT project experience
• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience
