The company is seeking a Senior Transportation Structural Project Engineer to join our Hunt Valley, MD office. In this senior-level role, you will lead and manage structural design projects for transportation structures, including new bridge designs and rehabilitation projects. Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and rehabilitation of bridges and transportation structures.
• Manage all project phases, including scope, schedule, budget, and quality assurance.
• Prepare detailed contract documents, bid packages, and specifications.
• Oversee and coordinate work with subconsultants, internal design engineers, and CAD/drafting teams.
• Ensure compliance with AASHTO LRFD and Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) standards.
• Provide construction phase services and technical guidance.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:

• 12+ years of structural engineering experience in transportation projects.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license in the State of Maryland.
• In-depth experience with AASHTO LRFD bridge design.
• Proven success working on MDOT projects.
• Proficiency in structural design using steel, reinforced concrete, and prestressed concrete.
