Transportation Supervisor - B Shift

• Daily Operations Management:
  Oversee logistics workforce, including drivers, clerks,
  specialists, and support staff.
  
• 
  Regulatory Compliance: Enforce DOT regulations, OSHA,
  C-TPAT, company policies, and safety protocols.
  


• Talent Development: Train and develop team members
  to maintain operational proficiency.
  
• 
  Performance Monitoring: Ensure compliance with operational
  requirements, equipment usage, uniform policies, and productivity
  goals.
  
• Technology Utilization: Optimize
  efficiency through transportation software and reporting
  tools.
  
• Safety Leadership: Oversee
  compliance with DOT Hours of Service, Pre/Post-Trip inspections,
  and coordinate with the Safety department.
  
• 
  Team Leadership: Foster a culture of professionalism,
  quality service, and ethical conduct.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in management,
  transportation, or related field (or Associate's degree
  with 4+ years' experience in
  logistics/operations).
  
• Proven
  leadership experience in operations, logistics, or terminal
  management.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office 365,
  transportation software (TMW, Peoplenet, etc.), and reporting
  tools.
  
• Strong knowledge of transportation fleet
  modeling, DOT regulations, and C-TPAT compliance.
  


• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced
  environment.
  
• Strong organizational skills and
  attention to detail.
  
• Valid driver’s license and
  eligibility for company vehicle insurance.
