We are especially interested in candidates who are willing and able to work at both restaurants. Working across the two locations can provide greater access to available hours, help team members build toward a full-time schedule, and create more opportunities to cross-train, learn new skills, and grow within the company.

Restaurant experience is preferred for certain positions, but we welcome motivated candidates who are eager to learn. Sushi Chef candidates must have prior cooking experience.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

Depending on the position, team members may be required to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods
• Bend, reach, and carry trays or supplies frequently
• Lift up to 25 pounds
• Work in high-traffic areas with frequent guest interaction
• Work around kitchen heat, noise, and varying dining-room temperatures
