Title: IOP Trauma Therapist
Reports to: Executive Director
Department/Location: 100% Onsite
FLSA Status: Exempt
This is a full-time, on-site role (40 hours per week) based at the Sisters Grove, Colorado Springs location. The standard schedule is Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM MST. The position will work with the Adult IOP Trauma program, though will require some flexibility to cover for Adults and Adolescents General IOP/PHP program, depending on coverage needs and Trauma IOP census.
*Must have experience providing clinical services to Veterans or active-duty military, or a strong understanding of military culture and service-related trauma. Candidates should have a background in treating complex trauma. Proof of training or certification in evidence-based trauma modalities may be requested.
Role Summary:
The Trauma Therapist will be responsible for providing high-quality, trauma-informed care within the IOP program to individuals experiencing the effects of acute and complex trauma. The therapist will conduct comprehensive trauma assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to deliver evidence-based interventions that promote safety, stabilization, and long-term healing.
