**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain and manage client data
- Schedule client intakes and proposals
- Market effectively via social media, grassroots efforts, and in-person events
- Complete bookings for clients in our vendor portals
- Handle all necessary forms and documentation for clients for travel clients
- Stay updated with industry news, trends, updates, and training provided by vendors and suppliers .
- Create and present client proposals written or verbal

**Qualifications:**
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Computer literacy
- Social media experience PLUS
- Attention to detail
- Sense of urgency
- Ability to work independently and manage your schedule effectively
- Self-starter, motivated, and disciplined
- Knowledge of Google Docs, Forms, and Sheets is a plus
- Knowledge of sales, leadership, or management is a plus
- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
