REGIONAL TRAVEL CONCIERGE – NORTHERN & CENTRAL NEW JERSEY

Up to $27/Hour + Bonus Incentives + Mileage and Travel Reimbursement

Are you energized by variety, enjoy meeting new people, and thrive in different environments? Evolve Med Spa is seeking a full-time Regional Travel Concierge to provide coverage and support throughout our Northern and Central New Jersey region.

This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys traveling, building relationships with different teams, and delivering a consistently warm and elevated client experience wherever they are needed.

ABOUT THE LOCATION

Short Hills is being used as the central posting location for this regional travel position. This role is not assigned to one clinic, and the selected candidate will travel among Evolve locations based on regional coverage needs.

Because this position supports clinics throughout Northern and Central New Jersey, we are seeking candidates who live in a centrally located area with reasonable access to the region. Ideal areas may include Union, Springfield, Millburn/Short Hills, Maplewood, Summit, or surrounding communities.

Hoboken • Jersey City • Montclair • Short Hills • Denville • Red Bank • Bridgewater • Old Bridge • Ridgewood

ABOUT THE COVERAGE SCHEDULE

Most clinic assignments will be planned and may include coverage for scheduled PTO, special events, employee transitions, training, and other anticipated operational needs.

Coverage may also arise due to illness or another unplanned absence. We are looking for someone who will remain flexible when additional support is needed by the team.

• Can confidently step into a clinic, learn its daily rhythm, and work within the team’s established flow

• Connects easily with different personalities and communicates professionally with clients, providers, and clinic teams


• Remains calm, positive, and solutions-focused when priorities shift


• Is comfortable providing occasional unexpected coverage when reasonably possible


• Takes pride in creating a welcoming, polished, and consistent Evolve experience at every location

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

• Provide concierge and front-desk coverage across Evolve’s New Jersey clinics


• Welcome clients warmly and create an exceptional experience from arrival through checkout


• Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, rescheduling, and client communications


• Answer incoming calls and respond to client questions professionally and efficiently


• Check clients in and out, process payments, and support retail-product sales


• Accurately manage client information, appointments, transactions, and daily activity within Zenoti


• Assist providers and clinic teams with daily operational and administrative needs


• Support opening and closing responsibilities as assigned


• Help maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming clinic environment


• Learn and adapt to the workflow, pace, and needs of each clinic


• Maintain Evolve’s service standards and brand experience at every location

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

• Previous med spa experience is required


• Previous concierge, front-desk, hospitality, or client-service experience


• Zenoti experience is required


• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel regularly throughout New Jersey


• Availability to work a full-time Tuesday-through-Saturday schedule


• Flexibility to work at different clinics based on regional coverage needs


• Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills


• A warm, polished, professional, and client-focused presence


• The ability to work independently while developing positive relationships across multiple teams


• Dependability, adaptability, sound judgment, and a genuine willingness to help wherever needed

COMPENSATION AND INCENTIVES:

• Competitive hourly compensation up to $27 per hour, based on med spa experience, concierge experience, and overall qualifications


• Bonus incentives


• Mileage and approved travel expenses reimbursed in accordance with company policy
