Handle customer complaints, concerns, and issues related to travel plans, resolving them in a professional and timely manner.

Offer guidance and support to customers during travel disruptions, such as flight delays, cancellations, or emergencies.

Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in customer service is a plus.
Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably in the travel industry.
