What You'll Do:

• Guide users through account creation, booking, and communication issues
• Facilitate smooth interactions between hosts and guests
• Resolve concerns and complaints with empathy and expertise
• Deliver world-class customer care and ensure unforgettable journeys
• Work with a positive, energetic international team

Who You Are:

• Fluent in French and English (spoken & written)
• Passionate about travel and helping others
• Great communication and problem-solving skills
• Calm, patient, and upbeat when handling complex situations
• Open to flexible shifts and fast-paced environments
