  Perform preventive screenings: PADnet, DPNCheck, dry blood spot, FIT Kit, urine dipstick, DRE exam.

  
  

Experience doing these screenings is strongly preferred.

  1+ year Medical Assistant experience.

  
  


• 
  

  6+ months in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.

  
  


• 
  

  Skilled with back office MA work.

  
  


• 
  

  Medical Assistant Diploma or Board Certification.

  
  


• 
  

  Active driver’s license and reliable car.

  
  


• 
  

  Tech-savvy with EMR systems.

  
  


• 
  

  Available 8am–5pm, Monday to Friday.

  
  

• 
  

  Annual Wellness Visit (AWV) experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Past home visit experience.

  
  


• 
  

  Geriatric care experience.

  
  

• 
  

  $25/hour.
