We are seeking a highly skilled, self-motivated, and compassionate Travel Nurse RN to join our team at our reputable assisted living and skilled nursing facility. This is a 13-week contract position, with immediate start available.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to our residents
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes
- Maintain detailed records of patients' medical histories, symptoms, and conditions
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Respond to emergency nursing situations and provide critical care when needed
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Valid RN license to practice in the state of California
- Current CPR certification
- Recent physical and TB test
- At least 1-year experience working in an assisted living or skilled nursing facility
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability and willingness to adhere to health and safety standards at all times
