Primary Location: Waukesha Memorial Hospital
Shift Requirements: 12hr NOCs; every other weekend and holiday
Float Requirements:
will need to be able to float to Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital
On Call/Call Back Requirements: None
Required Certifications to be Attached upon Submittal: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, WI RN
Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of ICU experience required. At least 1 travel contract completed preferred.
Charting Experience Required: Epic required within the last 12 months
Unit Information (Bed size, Case type, Patient ratio): 10 bed unit

GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation. Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
Float: Employee should not be asked to work outside of his/her Clinical skills unless approved by employee, unit manager, shift advisor, and Staffency. Candidate will be required to float to units and facilities based on census.
