About The Position

- Rosebud, Pine Ridge, Eagle Butte (SD state)

- Fort Yates, Belcourt (ND state)

License/Certifications: Active nursing license in any state , BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

Start Date: 1-March-2024

Duration: 1+ year

Shift Schedule: 12-hour shifts: 7-7, 11-11

Responsibilities:
Provide leadership and direction to the ER nursing team.
Coordinate daily operations of the Emergency Room for efficient patient care.
Conduct patient assessments and ensure timely and appropriate interventions.
Monitor and evaluate the quality of nursing care in the Emergency Department.
Lead and coordinate responses to critical situations, emergencies, and mass casualty incidents.
Mentor and support staff in their professional development.
Facilitate ongoing training and education for the ER nursing team.

Requirements:

- License/Certifications: Active nursing license in any state , BLS, ACLS, PALS, TNCC

-Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse Lead

-A minimum of 3 years of Emergency Medicine experience is required

-Three professional references.
