Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing care in various healthcare facilities across Texas.
• Perform comprehensive assessments and develop tailored care plans for patients.
• Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and document patient progress accurately.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Provide education and support to patients and families regarding health conditions and treatment plans.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare standards and regulations while ensuring patient safety.
• Exhibit flexibility and resilience in adapting to different healthcare environments.

• Valid RN license in Texas or eligibility to attain licensure.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Previous travel nursing experience is a plus but not essential.
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; advanced certifications may be preferred.
