Job Title: Travel RN - Emergency Room (ER)

Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and triage patients upon arrival in the ER, prioritizing care based on medical need and urgency.
• Provide emergency care, including administering medications, performing procedures, and monitoring vital signs.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, discharge instructions, and follow-up care.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Room setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Additional Information

• Contract Duration: 13 weeks.
• Note: Candidates must be available for the entire contract duration, including rotating weekends and holidays.
