Responsibilities:

  1. Travel Arrangements: Coordinate all aspects of travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities, based on clients' preferences and budget constraints.
  2. Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and special requests, providing personalized recommendations and itinerary options.
  3. Booking Management: Utilize booking platforms and reservation systems to secure travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings.
  4. Itinerary Creation: Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, outlining trip logistics, activities, and contact information for accommodations and local service providers.
  5. Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and offering support as needed.
  6. Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience for clients.
  7. Vendor Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel vendors to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
  8. Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, and travel insurance, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accessible to clients.
  9. Follow-up: Conduct post-trip follow-up with clients to gather feedback, address any concerns, and assist with future travel planning needs.

Qualifications:

  1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in travel and tourism is preferred.
  2. Proven experience in travel coordination, booking management, or related roles, with a strong understanding of travel industry practices and trends.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and vendors.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple bookings and deadlines simultaneously.
  5. Proficiency in using booking platforms, reservation systems, and travel-related software applications.
  6. Customer service orientation and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences to clients.
  7. Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating effectively with team members and clients.
  8. Flexibility and adaptability to handle changing travel requirements and unexpected challenges.
