Responsibilities:

- Client Consultation: Consult with clients to understand their travel requirements, preferences, and special requests, providing personalized recommendations and itinerary options.
- Booking Management: Utilize booking platforms and reservation systems to secure travel arrangements, ensuring accuracy and timely confirmation of bookings.
- Itinerary Creation: Create detailed travel itineraries for clients, outlining trip logistics, activities, and contact information for accommodations and local service providers.
- Communication: Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the booking process, providing updates, addressing inquiries, and offering support as needed.
- Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve any issues or challenges related to travel arrangements, ensuring a seamless and stress-free travel experience for clients.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other travel vendors to confirm bookings, resolve discrepancies, and ensure the smooth execution of travel plans.
- Documentation: Prepare and organize travel documents, including tickets, vouchers, and travel insurance, ensuring all necessary paperwork is complete and accessible to clients.

Qualifications:
