Comp-Plan:

$ 90k-100,000 Range per year (DOE), Perdiem provided 7day/week + Annual & Quarterly Bonus Plan & Full Benefits including: Healthcare Insurance, Retirement & PTO package.
Commercial Field Superintendent - Travel
Our Top-Tier Commercial National GC client is growing ! They are interviewing for a Traveling Superintendent with at least 5 years’ experience in commercial construction ( with an emphasis on site development and ground up work & T/I) . They build for the best clients/companies and travel all over the Eastern US building the highest quality projects for their repeat clientele. Their backlog is huge and they are looking for the best Traveling Supers in the industry that know retail / restaurant and mid-rise commercial.

Your Ability to successfully build challenging commercial projects while maintaining a work relationship with owners, architects, vendors governing authorities and subcontractors will determine success in this role & organization.
Prefer at least 5 years experience as (Lead) Superintendent for a General Contractor in commercial (new) construction and build-outs and additions/renovations.
Work with PM and support staff to coordinate all trades
Develop and maintain schedule's (Microsoft Project) and maintain costs/budget's
Conduct sub-contractor coordination meetings and develop meeting minutes, maintain daily reports
Read and comprehend building plans and drawings
Computer skills, competent with Excel & Procore (not required)
