We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Travel Surgical RDA to support our doctors across multiple locations. Responsibilities:

• Travel with the doctor across Richardson, Keller, and White Rock locations for surgical treatment days.
   
• Assist with oral surgery and prosthodontic procedures, including full-mouth rehabilitations, implant placements, extractions, and bone grafting.
   
• Maintain and prepare surgical suites, ensuring all instruments are sterile and ready.
   
• Capture high-quality digital X-rays and intraoral images.
   
• Educate patients on pre- and post-operative care and ensure a positive experience.
   
• Maintain accurate patient records and assist in coordinating treatment plans.
   
• Collaborate with doctors and the surgical team to ensure smooth workflows and high-quality patient outcomes.
   

Qualifications:

• Minimum of two years of dental assisting experience, with oral surgery and prosthodontics experience.
   
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to anticipate the doctor’s needs and ensure seamless procedures.
   
• Active RDA license and X-ray certification required; Nitrous Oxide certification is a plus.
   
• Experience with digital dental software (e.g., Dentrix, Open Dental) and imaging systems preferred.
   
• Comfortable with extensive travel between locations and adapting to different clinical settings.
   
• Detail-oriented professional who values teamwork, patient care, and continued learning.
