Job Title: Dental Patient Coordinator Locations: Central Park Modern Dental & GVR Dental and Orthodontics, Denver, CO
We are seeking a Dental Patient Coordinator for two of our general dental offices, Central Park Modern Dental and GVR Dental and Orthodontics, located in the Denver, CO area. Schedule:Monday through Thursday 8 am to 5 pm with the potential to add 1 Friday or 1 Saturday per month.
Key Responsibilities:
Check-in/Check-out: Greet patients, verify personal information, and check patients in and out efficiently.
Payment Collection: Process payments, handle billing inquiries, and ensure proper payment documentation.
Insurance Verification: Verify dental insurance coverage, explain benefits to patients, and communicate with insurance providers as needed.
Treatment Planning: Assist with preparing and reviewing treatment plans in collaboration with the dentist.
Scheduling: Coordinate patient appointments, confirm schedules, and manage appointment reminders.
Phone Support: Answer calls, schedule appointments, and provide general office information to patients.

Salary range: $22 to $25 per hour
Requirements
Proven experience in a dental front office role is required.
Strong customer service skills with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
Availability to work the required schedule consistently.
Reliable transportation and ability to commute between office locations.
Proficiency in managing busy phone lines and scheduling patient appointments efficiently.
Experience processing dental insurance claims and handling payment collections.
Solid understanding of dental terminology and insurance procedures.
Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive patient information.
Competency with office software and dental management systems; Denticon experience is a plus!
Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
Professional and polished presence, both in-person and over the phone.
Ability to thrive and remain composed in a fast-paced environment.
