Traveling Electrical Superintendent - Urgent

We are looking for Traveling Electrical Superintendents for an industry leading Electrical Contractor. This is not just a project-based opportunity. This is for long term employment. Not a contract or Temp assignment. You will go directly to work with the contractor. We are simply facilitating conversations between a great contractor and great people looking for a great opportunity. This position comes with great pay and benefits as well as a $9k/yr truck allowance and gas card. Paid travel and hotel, plus per diem.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project from planning to implementation
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Supervise onsite personnel
• Interact with project managers to address critical needs for job sites to include manpower, material and
  equipment
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications
• Perform quality control and safety inspections

Qualifications:

• 15-20 years of previous experience in commercial and/or industrial electrical work.
• Previous experience as superintendent, including leadership and oversight of foremen and crews on job sites
• Electrical expertise to include mastery of the electrical trade including installation in new construction setting (multi-story jobs) and remodels, job planning and layout, read blueprints, run conduit, wire and terminate devices, perform quality control / testing and troubleshooting
• Ability to mentor, teach and direct foremen and construction electrician
• Familiarity with construction management software - Procore(preferred)
• Good computer skills including proficiency with MS Office
• OSHA 30 certified (preferred)
• CPR/First Aid trained
• Journeyman or Master Electrician’s License (preferred)
• Must be willing to travel, work nights, weekends and overtime
• Must hold a valid driver's license
