Summary:

You can live anywhere in Texas - we pay your travel to projects.
Travel: Travel is close to 100%, we usual travel in 3 week sprints.
All expenses are paid along with per diem, mileage and we pay for your housing.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for coordinating with project manager to ensure execution of electrical scope across a project, including assisting of planning and layout of installations and direction/oversight of electrical personnel.
Prepares scheduling and productivity planning for assigned scopes of work
Liaison between project manager and on-site client representatives, partners or customers.
Communicates needs to KEI Project Manager to ensure all required materials, tools, safety apparatus, and information packages are in place ahead of scheduled installations.
Conducts jobsite safety meetings and ensures compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies/guidelines.
Compiles and submits project reporting documents, including daily logs, safety initiatives, timesheets and testing logs.
Ensures compliance with all company guidelines, policies, and quality standards
Completion of projects on schedule and within the prescribed manhours.

Minimum Requirements:

At least five (5) years' experience in the electrical industry, commercial retail preferred.
Must have experience and current ability to lead small-medium size projects.
Strong working knowledge of applicable building codes
Possess strong communication, customer-facing and interpersonal skills
Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must have OSHA 10 or higher certificate.
Preference to having an active State Electrical Journeyman or Masters license.

Compensation:

Pay will range annually from $100,000 to $130,000.
- Depending on experience and state electrical license
This includes paid housing, vehicle allowance, fuel card, credit card, per diem and performance bonus.
Two weeks’ vacation earned on an accrual basis.
