Job Description - Traveling Sales Representative



Claiborne Senior Living is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Traveling Sales Representative to support our communities across multiple regions. This high-impact role is perfect for a sales professional with a passion for senior living, a talent for building relationships, and the flexibility to travel extensively.


As a Traveling Sales Representative, you’ll step in during times of transition, vacancy, or performance improvement, bringing energy, expertise, and guidance to help communities achieve occupancy goals. From managing leads and conducting tours to developing referral networks and mentoring on-site teams, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving growth and maintaining our commitment to excellence.


What You'll Do:



  • Provide interim or supplemental sales support to assigned communities

  • Manage leads and drive move-ins to meet occupancy targets

  • Conduct engaging tours and sales presentations for prospects and families

  • Cultivate strong referral relationships in each local market

  • Support and implement marketing strategies and events

  • Train and mentor on-site sales teams, reinforcing best practices

  • Maintain CRM databases and provide regular marketing reports

  • Conduct competitive market analyses and help shape strategic action plans

  • Travel frequently to provide on-the-ground support wherever needed


What We’re Looking For:



  • Prior experience in senior living sales, marketing, or outreach

  • 100% travel availability, including overnight stays

  • Proven success in managing sales pipelines and closing deals

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Strong communication, public speaking, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems

  • Self-starter with a positive, adaptable attitude

  • Valid driver’s license required
