Job Title: Traveling Sales Specialist – Senior Living Solutions

Reports To: Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Position Summary: 

As a Traveling Sales Specialist, you'll represent our senior living communities, building relationships and guiding families through transitions with warmth and expertise. Your travels will connect you with teams, residents, and referral partners, making a meaningful impact.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Travel to Multiple Locations – Hit the road to represent our communities across different regions, helping families find the best senior living options for their loved ones. Travel is based on current company needs and expectation is 85-90%.
  • Sales & Relationship Building – You’ll meet new people daily, sharing the amazing stories of our vibrant communities and matching families with their ideal living environment. You will be a key driver of rapidly growing occupancy.
  • Delivering Presentations – Lead engaging, fun, and informative presentations to families, professionals, and organizations, sharing the benefits of senior living options.
  • Be a Resource – Serve as the expert, answering questions, providing resources, and offering guidance to make families feel confident in their decisions.
  • Team Collaboration – Work alongside a passionate, high-energy team, sharing insights and success stories to continue growing and improving.
  • Go Above and Beyond – Be the friendly face of our brand, always looking for new ways to exceed expectations and make lasting impressions.

Requirements

Education:

Bachelor’s degree (B.S./B.A.) or equivalent from a college or university and a minimum of 3 years related sales/account management experience and/or training (preferably in senior living) 

Qualifications:

You're energetic, outgoing, and passionate about making a difference. You thrive on challenges, building relationships, and exceeding goals. Sales or senior care experience is a plus, but if you're a quick learner and people-person, we've got you covered!

  • Sales Experience – Previous experience in senior living sales is a plus, but enthusiasm and the desire to learn is just as important.
  • Great Communicator – You’re an expert at listening, empathizing, and explaining things in a clear, positive way.
  • Highly Motivated – You thrive on setting and achieving high performing goals.
  • Organized and Self-Sufficient – Travel and managing a flexible schedule are your forte, and you’re great at staying on track even while on the move.
  • People Person – You have a natural ability to connect with all kinds of people, from families to industry professionals, with ease and enthusiasm.

Employee must be able to travel 85-90% of the time
