Traveling Superintendent - Bush Construction (St. Louis)

Bush Construction has a future opportunity for an experienced Traveling Superintendent to join our growing team in our St. Louis, Missouri location.  We are currently accepting applications, and we expect to bring on this new team member in late summer or fall 2025.

This person plays an integral role in seeing our projects through to completion according to the project schedule, while maintaining our high safety and quality standards.  On a day-to-day basis, you'll manage and coordinate all subcontractor and supplier activities, serve as the onsite client contact, work with various internal teams and external clients on various project stages, and manage all site inspections.  Our Traveling Superintendent will be a crucial, trusted member of the Bush team who can make sure our projects meet our client needs.   

What makes you successful in this position? 

• At least 8 years experience in construction supervision, or equivalent combination of training, education, or related experience
  


• Advanced knowledge of construction technology, equipment, methods required; knowledgeable on craft agreements, estimating, scheduling, and safety


• Above average skills in organization, communication, multi-tasking, and problem-solving
  


• Leadership experience and an innate drive to work with integrity and accuracy
  You love being on the road - this role will require travel ~20% of your time to various projects in the Midwest


• Candidates must possess a valid driver’s license, and the ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
