Treasurer

Description

ENTEK is seeking applications for a Treasurer role to join us on-site at our Lebanon, Oregon location (relocation within 40 miles of Lebanon is required).

As a Treasurer at ENTEK, you will take a hands-on approach to all treasury activities, including banking and financial instruments, ensure compliance with financing agreements, be involved with financial analysis supporting key business decisions, projects, capital markets activities, and M&A transactions. This leader will maintain strong relationships with ENTEK’s banking partners and participate in the company's engagement with its debt and equity investors. 

You will be responsible for overall liquidity management, interest rate management, debt compliance and reporting, and the implementation of new treasury policies. The Treasurer will also be responsible for the company’s global tax function and accounts payable processes. The role demands a candidate with a strong track record of delivery in global treasury, both in the US and international markets. 

 Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate deliverables across all financing agreements (senior credit facility, DOE loan, subordinated debt facilities, and other facilities) and become the subject matter expert on all financing agreements.
• Partners with leaders to model and analyze key businesses and product initiatives, supporting faster, more analytical decision-making. 
• Partners with key business stakeholders to prepare ad hoc analyses and financial models to support strategic and operational decisions. Collaborate with key stakeholders to address and resolve issues that impact financial results.
• Oversee and optimize the company’s global cash flow management activity.
• Negotiate and manage hedging activities, including interest rate, foreign currency, and utilities.
• Manage the global tax function, including supporting the company’s third-party advisors.
• Ensure operating and control frameworks are in place to manage the liquidity and banking requirements.
• Maintain strong and active relationships with the funding and capital market teams at ENTEK’s core banks.
• Assess and execute the company's short-term, medium-term, and long-term financial policies, funding needs, and financial structures.
• Manage and participate in analyzing and interpreting operating results, preparing executive reports, reviewing financing activities, and analyzing financial effects of various contemplated actions.
• Support the Financial Reporting teams by preparing reports and analyses for executive leadership and Board of Directors presentations. 
• Manage external reporting requirements for all Treasury-related functions. 
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and analytical capabilities to ensure alignment with ENTEK’s global financial reporting needs.

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• 8-10 plus years’ combined experience in treasury, banking, and finance roles with a complex, global organization of significant scale.
• Strong expertise in corporate finance and global capital markets. Experience with debt markets on a global basis, derivatives, liability management, and securitization. 
• Track record of empowering others to succeed. 
• Time spent in fast-paced, rapidly changing, and high-growth businesses is preferred. Experience guiding investment decisions across a business and helping to track their success.
• Satisfactory results from a pre-employment drug screening and pre-employment background check

Preferred Qualifications

• CPA, CFA, MBA, or advanced degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong experience in both private and public accounting sectors.
• Microsoft Dynamics AX or D365 experience.

Working Environment

The hours for this role are Monday-Friday, starting at 7:00 a.m. This is an on-site role. Remote and/or Hybrid work is not available. 

This role is in an office setting and frequently requires sitting, working at a computer, hearing, reaching, and completing tasks that require the use of hands and fingers for extended periods of time. The incumbent will occasionally be required to stand, walk, and may occasionally need to kneel, crouch, and climb stairs. If this role requires visiting the plant and/or shop floors, wearing eye and hearing protection will be required. The role requires specific vision abilities, including close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, and depth perception.
