Job Description - Treasury Accountant, Derivatives
Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in related accounting functions at an accounting firm, or related industry experience
Experience with GAAP accounting principles related to Derivatives and Hedge Accounting (ASC815), Foreign Currency (ASC830) and Investments (ASC320)
Preferred qualifications:
CPA/CA
Experience using hedging and investment systems such as SAP/Oracle/TMS
Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to make well-reasoned and timely decisions by applying analytical skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Ability to influence different stakeholders without formal authority, and excellent communication skills

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $99,000-$145,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
Participate in monthly and quarterly close related activities including derivatives and hedging, borrowings/debt, functional currency, cash and investments; this includes the associated internal and external (10Q/K) financial reporting process.
Participate in treasury systems implementation and lead UAT testing to ensure treasury controllership objectives are met.
Partner with internal stakeholders such as engineering, SOX and Internal Audit and drive results-oriented coordination.
Manage and drive compliance of Internal Controls over Financial Reporting (ICFR) and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements, particularly for manual controls, systems controls and information produced by entity (IPE) for the treasury accounting team.
Lead special projects and initiatives from time to time, including planning and execution with treasury and other stakeholders.
