Position Overview

The Treasury Analyst serves as a key member of the Corporate Treasury team. This role is responsible for assisting the Treasury department in maintaining and managing the company’s cash and risk management operations. There will be a heavy emphasis on process improvement and automation in this role. Attention to detail, strong time management, an analytical mindset and the desire to drive positive change are a must for this position.

Essential Responsibilities

• Responsible for updating the Company’s global cash position daily, and initiating required bank transfers considering current investment strategies


• Provide ownership over the company’s risk management portfolio by completing annual insurance renewals, tracking surety bonds and COIs and providing on-going support to internal and external stakeholders


• Liaise with global banking partners to administer system entitlements and to manage bank accounts and related services


• Prepare recurring and ad-hoc debt reporting files and serve as point of contact for any debt-related audit requests


• Assist Treasury Manager with cash management features of Oracle Fusion in order to drive automation to support payables, receivables, accounting and cash


• Manage payment initiation manually or via integrations and review positive pay exceptions daily

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business or Accounting OR Corporate Finance experience


• 2+ years of work experience in Corporate Treasury or related field


• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation preferred, but not required


• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel


• An ability to collaborate with others and thrive in a team environment while meeting individual goals and expectations


• Ability to anticipate obstacles and plan accordingly


• Adept at providing solutions and working in cross functional areas to facilitate successful completion of projects
