We’re currently seeking a Treasury Manager to join our team at Flynn Hospitality Corporate Offices in Las Colinas, TX.

Position Summary

Flynn Hospitality is seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Treasury Manager to support corporate financial operations through effective cash management, liquidity oversight, and payment governance. This role will serve as a key financial partner across the organization, ensuring timely execution of payments, proactive monitoring of cash flow, and coordination of critical financial obligations including tax compliance, audits, and licensing renewals.

The Treasury Manager will act as a subject matter expert (SME) in payments and banking activity while advocating for strong P&L discipline and operational accountability across departments.

Key Responsibilities:

Cash Management & Liquidity

• Oversee daily corporate cash management activities to ensure adequate liquidity across all business units


• Monitor bank balances, cash forecasting, and short- and long-term liquidity needs


• Support strategic decision-making related to working capital and funding requirements

Accounts Payable Review & Payment Oversight

• Review and approve accounts payable payments to ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper authorization


• Serve as the escalation point of contact for urgent or high-risk payment matters


• Maintain controls around payment execution and vendor disbursements

Intercompany Payments & Billing

• Manage intercompany transactions, including billing, settlements, and reconciliations between entities


• Ensure timely processing and documentation of intercompany payments

Licensing, Permits, and Regulatory Renewals

• Coordinate renewal of corporate and property-level licenses and permits


• Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local regulatory requirements

State and Local Tax Support

• Assist with state and local tax filings, payments, and compliance processes


• Serve as a point of contact for tax-related inquiries and documentation needs

Utility Billing & Payment Issue Resolution

• Act as the primary contact for utility billing escalations, including disconnect notices


• Partner with property teams and vendors to resolve service interruptions quickly

Tax Audits & Payment SME Leadership

• Support internal and external tax audits by providing documentation, payment history, and compliance support


• Serve as the organization’s Payments Subject Matter Expert, ensuring best practices and continuous improvement in treasury operations

Financial Partnership & P&L Advocacy

• Advocate for responsible expense management and P&L ownership across departments


• Partner with operational leaders to ensure financial decisions align with company objectives


• Support process improvements that strengthen financial controls and efficiency

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required


• 2+ years of experience in treasury, corporate finance, cash management, or hospitality finance preferred


• Strong understanding of payment systems, banking platforms, and AP processes


• Experience supporting tax compliance, audits, and regulatory renewals


• High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment


• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner cross-functionally

Preferred Skills

• Hospitality, multi-unit, or franchise environment experience


• Familiarity with intercompany accounting structures


• Treasury management system (TMS) or ERP experience
