Job Description

Alliance Resource Group has partnered with a rapidly growing real estate firm that is looking to add a treasury analyst to their team due to their expansion.

This position will report directly to the Corporate Controller/VP of Treasury.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Functions:

Execute timely daily cash management transactions, including wire transfers, internal settlements, borrowings/repayments, and investments
Support Credit Facility deliverables and compliance requirements. Deliver borrowing and repayment notices along with interest expense confirmations.
Monitor and analyze financial transactions, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Prepare cash flow forecasts and financial reports to support strategic planning and decision-making.
Manage banking relationships, including account reconciliation, bank fee analysis, and resolution of banking issues.
Assist in the development and implementation of treasury policies, procedures, and controls to optimize financial processes.
Support treasury-related projects and initiatives, such as system implementations and process improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Accounting, and Operations, to achieve organizational objectives.
Education and Experience (required):

1 - 2 years of experience in treasury, finance, or related roles
Knowledge of treasury, finance, or related roles
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
