Treasury and Investment Operations Specialist

Modern Woodmen of America is looking for a detail-oriented and driven Treasury and Investment Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Investment team. In this role you will manage Modern Woodmen’s daily cash requirements, formulate cash projections, execute short-term investment purchases, and serve as a systems administrator for banking relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily cash balances across multiple bank accounts.


• Execute balance transfers, wire transfers, and ACH transactions.


• Support short-term investments and trade settlements.


• Administer banking access and monitor fees.


• Reconcile accounts and ensure data integrity.


• Assist with month-end close and reporting.

What we need:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of related experience.


• LOMA Fellowship or a commitment to obtain the designation.


• Strong analytical and data presentation skills.


• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial data analysis, reporting, and visualization.


• Detail-oriented with a commitment to maintaining data quality.

What we offer:

• Pay: The annual pay range for this position is $54,000- $64,000. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience.


• Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions work at least three days in office and the remaining days each week working from home. Employees beginning to work in a new hybrid role will be asked to work on-site (five days a week) during the initial training period which may be up to one year.
