Job Description - Treasury Management Services

Founded in 2003, we specialize in commercial & industrial lending, technology and asset-based lending, specialty finance, real estate construction and commercial real estate lending. We have one branch in San Jose along with loan production offices in Redwood City and San Francisco.

Job Summary:
This is a role that strategically focuses on delivery of Avidbank’s deposit and treasury management products to new and existing client segments to increase the share of wallet and revenue.


 


Major Functions



  • Support the SVP Treasury Management Sales, Relationship Managers and Division Management to achieve fee income & deposit growth

  • Represents the bank through adherence to quality client service standards,

  • Implement product training, product updates and technical support

  • Participate joint client visit with Relationship Managers upon requested


 


Key Responsibilities:



  • Reports to the SVP Treasury Management Sales

  • Support treasury management clients, addressing service and product issues, understanding client needs, and recommending solutions.

  • Resolve client and technical issues that extend beyond standard procedure. Take ownership of client problems and pursue solutions.

  • Assist the onboarding and implementation of treasury management products and services for new and existing clients. This includes coordinating with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

  • Identify irregular or recurring operational problems and recommend improvements to management to enhance service quality and efficiency.

  • Provide training and guidance to clients on the use of treasury management services.

  • Ensure strict adherence to internal policies, procedures, and banking regulations concerning treasury management products and services.

  • Collaborate with product managers by offering input and recommendations for new treasury management product development and enhancements.



  • Understand government regulations with particular emphasis on the Bank Secrecy At and related regulations and the fact that compliance with BSA regulations is an enterprise responsibility.

  • Special projects and other duties assigned.


Qualifications and Skills:



  • A college degree is preferred, along with 3 years of experience in treasury services or operations or a related banking/financial services role.

  • Demonstrated proficiency and understanding of treasury management products and services, operational workflows, and banking regulations.

  • Proven ability to exercise discretion and sound judgment in problem-solving and making decisions on matters of significance.

  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage non-routine issues.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients, internal partners, and senior management.



Physical Requirements:



  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.

  • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times.
