Treasury Management Specialist

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Treasury Management Specialist to join our team at a community-focused bank. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of banking experience and will be responsible for the implementation and support of Treasury Management products and services. This position plays a critical role in enhancing the client experience through efficient onboarding and support of cash management tools, including ACH origination, Wire Transfer services, and Remote Deposit Capture (RDC).

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding new and existing clients to Treasury Management services.
• Set up and maintain Treasury Management products such as ACH origination, Wire Transfer, and RDC systems.
• Provide training and ongoing support to clients using Treasury Management platforms.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers and Operations staff to ensure seamless implementation and client satisfaction.
• Monitor product usage and proactively address client issues or concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal policies.
• Assist with troubleshooting technical or operational issues with Treasury Management systems.
• Identify opportunities to improve Treasury Management processes and enhance the customer experience.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in banking, preferably with exposure to Treasury Management or Operations.
• Strong knowledge of ACH, Wire Transfer, and Remote Deposit services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first attitude.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with banking systems and Treasury Management platforms is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Prior experience with community or regional banks.
• Familiarity with banking compliance and risk management related to Treasury services.
