Treasury Management Specialist

The Treasury Management Specialist is responsible for providing support and assistance to customers and personnel for all Electronic Banking Products and Treasury Management Services (e.g., Retail and Commercial online banking, ACH, Wires, Check Positive Pay, Lockbox, Remote Deposit and Mobile Deposit) as well as assisting with Treasury Management implementations. This position plays a key role in the end-to-end of customer implementation function for Treasury Management Services and is critical to a high-quality onboarding customer experience.  

• Provide support for incoming and external calls related to all electronic banking products and services including but not limited to bank deposit, ACH deposit, wires, Internet banking and E-statements; accepts communications through all electronic media (i.e. email and online banking systems)
• Schedule and provide installation and training with customers for all Treasury Management products via telephone
• Ensure all new and existing accounts are properly charged or have the appropriate exception approvals if applicable
• Implement all Treasury Management products and services including ACH Origination, ACH and Check Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Now and Mobile Deposit, Online, Wires, eStatements, Lockbox, and Retail Online Banking 
• Communicate with other banking departments on pending items and issues with Treasury Management customers 
• Assist with training employees on all Treasury Management products and services
• Assist Treasury Management sales staff with complex implementation requests and client reviews 
• Prepare and distribute online banking and remote deposit user letters
• Assist with ACH, wire and mobile deposit temporary limit increases
• Assist personnel and customers as required with any questions or issues related to Treasury Management products and services 
• Identify and escalate product outages through proper channels
• Assist with maintaining implementation procedures and Treasury Management product guides
