Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Treasury Management Specialist to join our team in Huxley, Iowa. In this role, you will support Treasury Management operations within the Bank by delivering a range of high-quality support services. Key responsibilities include the remote and on-site implementation of Treasury Management solutions, as well as providing client training and troubleshooting assistance to ensure exceptional service delivery. You will be at the forefront of our efforts to support local businesses and stimulate economic growth in the communities we serve.

Key Responsibilities

• Service Implementation & Support: Prepare agreements and setup forms to facilitate the seamless onboarding of new treasury management clients and services. 
• Client & Team Communication: Proactively communicate with clients and internal teams by providing timely updates, addressing inquiries, and ensuring professional interactions via phone and email. 
• Operational Excellence: Support daily operations, assist with user access, system configurations, and service limit changes. Assist business online banking customers with password resets and general online banking questions. 
• Collaboration & Problem Solving: Partner with internal teams, service providers, and clients to troubleshoot issues and deliver effective solutions. 
• Administrative & Backup Support: Provide backup coverage and support departmental initiatives as needed, fostering a collaborative and responsive team environment. 
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned in alignment with the Bank’s mission, vision, and core values. 

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus. 
• 3–5 years of banking experience. 
• Experience with Treasury Management services, bank operations, or Fiserv Premier is preferred. 
• General knowledge of NACHA, wire transfers, and check-processing rules and regulations. 
• Strong technology skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office. 
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. 
• A customer-focused mindset and ability to work collaboratively. 
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, have reliable transportation, and be willing to travel as needed.

Onsite Work Requirement: This position requires regular onsite attendance and is not eligible for remote work within the first year.  The successful candidate will be expected to work from the designated office location during normal business hours.
